Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and expanding legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of the legal process. The team is committed to professional service, excellence and integrity. Responsibilities: Represent clients in one of the following areas business law, personal injury, family law, criminal law, bankruptcy, real estate, employment litigation, government legal services, workers compensation or estate planning. Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Provide counsel to clients on legal matters and guide them through the litigation process. Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in the state with 2-4+ years of experience in one of the following areas business law, personal injury, family law, criminal law, bankruptcy, real estate, employment litigation, government legal services, workers compensation or estate planning. Experience in multiple areas preferred. Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Exceptional research and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
