See yourself at Dataminr You are highly motivated and passionate about working with Corporate Risk clients. You'll manage strategic relationships with a portfolio of Fortune 500 and Enterprise clients to elevate their workflow and ensure Dataminr's critical alerts are getting into the right hands at the right time so clients can make faster decisions. You're a commercially-minded Account Manager with experience managing a portfolio of Enterprise level accounts, from onboarding new clients to identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You have experience working with cybersecurity products and solutions, and are excited about joining a rapidly growing vertical where you'll help your clients identify and solve their most difficult cyber and data challenges. Candidates must be physically located in the Pacific Standard (PST) or Mountain Standard (MST) time zone regions. The opportunity Develop strategic, consultative relationships with Corporate Risk clients to understand their goals and seamlessly integrate Dataminr into their workflow Partner with internal teams to develop, implement, and deliver onboarding, training, and usage plans tailored for each customer Developing, executing, and managing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within existing accounts. Manage your opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely forecasts to management. Attain quarterly targets for bookings in your book of business, on-time renewals, and overall critical renewal and expansion metrics. Increase penetration in your book of business through existing product portfolio and new offers. What you bring At Dataminr, we value you for who you are. Our candidates are reviewed on the basis of their skill and potential to succeed. 4-6 years of experience selling enterprise cybersecurity technology solutions in a fast-paced, competitive market Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities Ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences, including technical and non-technical customers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, problem solving in real-time Self-motivated and an ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Outstanding communication and presentation skills with a strong focus on delivering the best possible client experience Knowledge of publicly available information and social media analysis efforts of enterprise organizations, including but not limited to corporate security, risk, or crisis management a plus Must be willing to travel domestically as needed (approximately 25%) #LI-SA #LI-REMOTE About Dataminr Dataminr is a mission-driven AI company that delivers real-time information from 1M+ public data sources, empowering organizations to respond to critical events and emerging risks before they unfold. The base salary range for this position is $155,000-$162,500. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience. In addition to the benefits set forth above, the compensation package for this role also includes an annual commission target of $103,000-$108,000 based on the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
