Finance Lead - Brand 3

THE OPPORTUNITYODDITY is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Finance Lead to join our New York based team. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to execute all finance and accounting procedures in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild and own all finance and accounting procedures for our new brand!Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP accounting standardsLead quarterly and annual budgeting processes, including analytical review and preparation of MD&ACollaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goalsPrepare internal stakeholder reporting and work cross-functionally with Brand 3 leadership to track financial performance and business KPIsProvide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-makingImplement processes to enhance monthly and quarterly closing procedure efficiency, including automation and implementation of new toolsBuild and strengthen Internal Controls framework and processes, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) ComplianceManage quarterly and year-end audits, including preparation and review of audit working papersWHO YOU AREBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field of study with a record of high academic achievement at a top university3 - 6+ years of investment banking, private equity or public accounting experienceExperience managing a high-performing teamHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and accounting practicesReliable team leader with strong degree of diligence and ownershipConfident navigating through fast-paced, dynamic environmentADDITIONAL DETAILSSalary range: $130,000 - $170,000 commensurate with experienceCompetitive benefits: Unlimited PTO, 401(k) match, employer-sponsored healthcare, paid disability leave, and commuter benefitsHybrid work environment: in-office four days per weekVibrant office in Soho neighborhoodWeekly family-style lunch and frequent team building eventsWhile the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, ODDITY reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $130-170k.This role may be eligible to participate in Oddity's equity program.
