Facilities Engineering CoordinatorResponsibilities: Provide Vendor oversight and coordination.Coordinate facilities maintenance and vendor relationship between all sites which includes driving between locations to meet vendors for repair or picking up supplies.Will not self-perform repairs but will be responsible for coordinating with appropriate vendors.Provide a high level of customer service Ability to work occasional weekends and evening in emergency situations.Qualifications: Ideal candidate has both technical acumen and exceptional customer service skills2+ years' experience in property management or facilities management.Excellent communication skillsHas a strong sense of urgencyTechnical abilities include: basic understanding of general building mechanical, electrical and plumbing pensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour ID#: 1367342
