Functional Business Analyst

firstPRO is actively seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client's team in Philadelphia. This is a fantastic contract-to-hire opportunity that offers a hybrid work model, balancing flexibility with the benefits of in-person collaboration.Responsibilities:Oversee critical project elements including business case development, requirements elicitation and analysis, communication, testing, and training.Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and support plans.Assist in managing Request for Proposal (RFP) processes to ensure alignment with business goals.Lead the collection and delivery of requirements, businessuse cases, documentation, and test plans. Ensure thorough management and approval of all project materials.Assist in creating and utilizing measurement activities to assess project effectiveness, return on investment, and other success metrics.Maintain comprehensive project documentation tailored to the needs of each project.Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to enhance the quality and delivery of projects and programs.Requirements:2-4 years of Business Analysis experience.4-year college degree required.Familiarity with Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) guidelines.Basic understanding of change and risk management principles.Experience with Process mapping including the ability to conceptualize and diagram.Advanced proficiency in business analysis techniques and principles.Expertise in Microsoft Office and diagramming software.
