This role involves leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring that all aspects of design and execution meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, excellent design and project management skills, and a commitment to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architectural projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals and client expectations.Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver cohesive and efficient solutions.Develop design concepts, produce detailed architectural plans, and oversee construction documentation.Provide mentorship to junior architects, fostering growth and skill development within the team.Maintain a thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.Contribute to sustainable design practices and innovative solutions aligned with S.
