Growing Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on IT Leader to support all things technology from the network to the copiers with a team of people. THE ROLE IS ON-SITE. LOCAL PEOPLE ONLY AND MUST HAVE THE PHARMA EXP.Day to dayResponsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure, as well as driving digital transformation initiatives to optimize processes and enhance productivity. You are also jointly responsible for the development of strategies, execution of these strategies, as well as the overall performance of the site. This is hands-on, and responsible for troubleshooting workstations, networks, software applications, phone system, copiers and other corporate technologies with the team.Must Have Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field8+ years experience in a role supporting a Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in IT leadership rolesExcellent understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes for Pharma and operationsStrong leadership and team management skillsStrong knowledge across several IT disciplines including Network, Security, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing SystemsPlussesStrong understanding and process knowledge of Pharmaceutical Quality SystemStrong understanding and technical application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and regulatory guidance for industryExperience in driving digital transformation initiatives
