Work ScheduleMonday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. (overtime as required). Position SummaryThe Sr. Analyst, Conflicts conducts conflict of interest searches for all Davis Polk offices using iManage Conflicts Management (ICM).Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTypical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Conduct conflict of interest searches for all officesPerform extensive research using multiple sources on-lineReview and process new matter memorandaUpdate and maintain standard partycorporate family links in conflicts databasePerform special projects as requiredProvide on-call coverage when assignedQualificationsPosition RequirementsExperience with iManage Conflicts Management (ICM) is a plusFamiliarity with major on-line databases and business resources and proactive in maintaining skill levelMust be analytical and detail orientedThorough knowledge of corporate business structures, corporate family trees and corporate affiliationsAbility to work independently in fast-paced environmentAbility to comfortably interact with attorneys and staffExcellent communication and organizational skillsEducation andor ExperienceCollege degree preferred, MLS degree a plusPrevious experience as a Sr. Conflicts Analyst, preferably at a major law firm, preferred Research skills andor library background also preferredCompensationThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - 95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, anticipated assignment, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
