Senior Finance Manager

A PE-backed, health tech company is in search of a Senior Finance Manager with the objective to bolster the FP&A and strategic finance capabilities of the group. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and executing financial strategics that will directly influence business decisions. You'll also lead and develop the finance team with the preparation of financial reports, day-to-day financial operations, internal controls, and overall financial performance. This is a newly created role designed to support the current and projected growth of the group. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of strategic finance experience, excellent proficiency in modeling, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally operating as a true business partner.
