This emerging Fund Servicer that specializes in private equity and venture capital investments with a big focus on building exceptional working relationships is growing their team. If you're currently in a supervisor or up and coming supervisor role and are ready to take the next step, this could be a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and extremely welcoming team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review the full fund accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and investor communications.Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.Maintain and update investor records, prepare capital call and distribution notices, and respond to investor inquiries.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.Assist in coordinating annual audits and liaise with external auditors.Support the execution of investment transactions, including capital calls, distributions, and portfolio valuations.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in fund administration.Work closely with senior fund managers, accountants, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive team environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in fund accounting, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in public accounting.Proficiency in accounting software (Investran a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.Thorough understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and PEVC fund structures.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.Has performed reviews and supervised junior staff.Strong alignment with company values, including teamwork, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
