NEP Offshore Site SupportOnsite @ North Kingstown, RIDuration: 13+ MonthsShift Pattern: 1414 daysHours Per Day:12.00Hours Per Week:84.00Pay Rate: $28-$32hrMandatory : • GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling. • BOSIETHUET incl. CA-EBS • OGUK Medical certificate incl. Chester StepRotation: 2 weeksonoff. Crew change day currently planned for every other Thursday (Subject to change if required).Working hours: midday to midnight shift.No expenses will be covered. Applicants should either be local to Quonset (from where they will travel offshore) or be willing to cover own expenses to and from home & Quonset.Requirements : Please assess this role if it shall be exempt or non-exempt according to FLSA. State the result of the assessment in the notes section in each candidate submission.The Consultant must bring hisher own PC andor Iphone. External consultants' equipment such as PCs, mobile phones and iPads must always be up-to-date with the latest iOS release. The owner must allow Client 's AirWatch security and management software for iPhones and iPads to be installed. The app is mandatory on all mobile devices used by Client staff (including External consultants) to protect them from cybercrime. The owner must grant approval for Client to remove apps, data and access from privately owned equipment if it is deemed to pose a risk in relation to Client'ssecurity or the GDPR regulations, if the equipment is loststolen, or if the owner ceases to have an active contract with Magnit andor Client. When an external consultant leaves Client, they must contact the IT Service Desk to remove all Client apps and data. The IT Service Desk can only support privately owned equipment in connection with Client'sAirWatch security and management software.Responsibilities Coordinate offshore activities with the Marine and Helicopter Coordination Centre.Arrange meetings and liaise with project stakeholdersEnsure adherence to project procedures, processes, and IT Tools.Support HSE when required.Operate the Offshore management system and provide lessons learntchange requests.Participate in general lessons learned. Tasks Planning & Coordination of Construction, marine and Helicopter activities, including preparation of relevant documentation.Preparation & hosting the Daily Planning MeetingLiaison with the Packages & Contractors to keep operational conflicts to a minimumLiaison with MHCC re-execution of planned activitiesManage and allocate custody (Time and space)Daily dialogue with relevant Contractors & Masters to ensure compliance with site procedures and OMSEnsure all vessels Masters & helicopter pilots complete InductionAssisting construction manager with tasks as requiredChair attend interface and kick off meetings with contractors.Ensuring personnel are approved within OMS.Assistance in VCC checklist & issuing of VCC.Liaising with HSE team members on findings, investigations and safety pushes.Providing input into Lessons Learnt for future projects.Training of new Offshore Support staff.Training of the O&M site planning team.Tracking and control of all cargo going offshore, including declarations to relevant authorities.
