Candidate preference is for someone with 10+ years' experience at a competitor IB with experience in Transaction Banking, Treasury etc Great benefits with PTO and generous 401K matching.Description: Reporting to the Head of Transaction Banking Technology, the Manager of Commercial Banking Portal Technology will maintain, support, and build the client facing digital banking portal in commercial and corporate banking space. This role manages development agile teams, mainly focuses on user dashboard, widgets, API connectivity, to consolidate, rationalize, and develop new portal features and functions. This role will also drive the transaction banking transformation strategy and implement the defined technology roadmap by working across enterprise organizations such as product management, IT infrastructure, Risk, Security, to deliver the first-class user experience for MUFG Bank client users from end-to-end perspective.This role will be responsible for supervising technical sub-team leads, staff members and systems analysts, engaging in designing, developing, coding, maintaining, and modifying application programs. With strong integrity, the Manager of Commercial Banking Portal Technology will lead, control, and oversee multiple projects progress to ensure the delivery of robust and innovative application solutions to meet and excel the industry standard.
