Yuka's mission is twofold: Help consumers decipher product labels to make better choices for their healthEncourage manufacturers"”via collective action by consumers"”to improve what goes into their productsROLE OVERVIEWYuka is looking for an Ambassador Program Manager to build and manage a comprehensive ambassador program in the U.S. Your primary goal will be to increase Yuka's visibility and engagement by leveraging our passionate user base. The program will be designed to attract individuals who are enthusiastic about Yuka's mission and want to actively contribute to spreading the word. The program will include different target groups, such as sports coaches, healthcare professionals like nutritionists, and educators. JOB DESCRIPTION Program Design: Develop and implement a scalable ambassador program to promote Yuka's mission and values through passionate users.Targeted Subprograms: Create specialized subprograms tailored to different audiences, such as:- Sports Sector: Engage fitness coaches and sports influencers.- Healthcare Sector: Partner with nutritionists, doctors, and wellness advocates.- Education Sector: Work with teachers and school ambassadors to raise awareness in educational settings.Recruitment & Engagement: Identify, recruit, and onboard ambassadors who align with Yuka's vision. Build strong relationships and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.Content & Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with ambassadors to co-create content, events, and campaigns that resonate with their communities and amplify Yuka's presence.Trend Monitoring & Opportunities: Stay up to date with trends and industry developments to identify potential partnerships or opportunities for growth within the ambassador program.Reporting & Optimization: Track the performance of the ambassador program using relevant KPIs. Analyze data and provide insights to continuously improve the program's effectiveness. DESIRED PROFILE Native English speaker or fluent proficiencyU.S. resident or legally authorized to work in the U.S.Proven experience in community management, program development, or similar rolesStrong ability to build and nurture relationships with a diverse range of peopleExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, mission-driven teamExperience in working with influencers or managing ambassador programs is a plusPassionate about health and sustainability, with a deep interest in making a positive impact.
