There are opportunities to carve a niche for yourself, add value, use your experience, develop your skills, and define your career trajectory.We're in conversation with have a variety of interesting engagements and currently seeking a Cloud Practice Manager, the role would include the following: Role Overview: The Cloud Architecture Practice Manager is responsible for leading a team with deep cloud architecture skills and applying these within enterprises.Personal Attributes: The candidate should have multi-industry experience, strong communication skills, team management abilities, and a desire for professional development.Client Accountabilities: Key responsibilities include creating impactful outcomes for clients, building strong relationships, aligning IT needs with client requirements, and leading large transformation ternal Accountabilities: The role involves maintaining technical skills, supporting team success, contributing expertise, and motivating stakeholders with an architectural vision.Practice Accountabilities: Responsibilities include technical cloud architecture work, developing points of view, managing other architects, and maintaining vendor relationships.People Management Skills: Essential skills include team development, performance management, employee engagement, effective communication, and conflict resolution.Architecture Skills: Required skills include strategic vision, architectural processes, business development, and domain experience across multiple sectors.Technology Skills: The role demands expertise in cloud hosting, networking, storage, security, monitoring, DevOps, containers, and hybridmulti-cloud architectures.
