Title: Assistant Project Manager - Ground-up ResidentialCompany: Leading General Contractor and Construction Management firm in NYC!Compensation: $90,000-$120,000Location: Westchester, NY or Jersey City, NJ Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card ONLYThe ideal Assistant Project Manager is responsible for:Ensure completeness, design intent and compliance with local codes.Obtain required clarifications from design team.Manage all aspects of construction project including: Preliminary designDevelopmentEngineeringContractsMaterial ProcurementDaily Construction Monitoring and ManagementFinancingBank RequisitionsPunch List and Final CO Process for the Owner.Prepare budgets and report capital expenditures to upper management.Oversee construction schedule, budge, and timeline.Manage and maintain subcontractor owner relationships.Ensure necessary permits and licenses and acquired.Conduct post project evaluations.The ideal Assistant Project Manager will have:2-3 years of ground-up residential construction experience as an APM or Jr. PM.BA in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Related Fields.
