A global pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Scientist to support developing medication for various unmet needs at their laboratory in the Burlington, MA area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-7 years work experience in a similar environment and a positive, team-oriented mindset. This is a full-time, direct hire position.Pharmaceutical Scientist Responsibilities:Develop new medication based on unmet industry needs, from concept to deliveryGather, analyze and interpret data regarding medications' efficacyDevelop action plans to increase process robustness, prevent product loss, and control quality impactConduct, plan and execute pharmaceutical experiments and clinical trialsResponsibility may include project coordination, monitoring, reporting, meeting management, and team communicationLead the implementation of process validation for operational changes, new raw materials, and introduction of new processtechnologyGenerate technical justification determining impact of change and protocolsreportsmanufacturing documents that support its executionOther duties as assignedPharmaceutical Scientist Requirements:BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Bio-chemical, or another relevant scientific field2-6 years of technical experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering or similar roleKnowledge of the drug creation cycle: discovery, development and manufacturingTechnical knowledge of the fundamentals of the pharmaceutical process Experience in performing advanced laboratory research activities on variety of animal species is a big plusEffective verbal and written communication skills in both EnglishKorean language skill is a big plus but not requiredWhile performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, lift in excess of 40 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel partsequipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
