SAP FICO Manager (System implementation )ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for leading team members to solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, modifying, and maintaining application systems to meet user needs.The right candidate will possess:• Project management experience• Non-Japanese vendor management experience• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)• Analytical skills with regards to requirements analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP system application implementation• SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP Certification• Strong English communication skills to support customers, report to upper management, as well as to effectively work with the team• Strong leadership skills• Collaborates well with team and project members• Ability to work well with a team as well as individually• Ability to be a good team player with great communication skills, problem-solving skills, criticalthinking, and negotiation skillsWorking hoursOur core business hours are 9 - 5:30 with one hour unpaid lunch in between. Actual working hours may be slightly different, depending business needs. Strict COVID-19 safety protocols are followed in our office.Salary Range: $95K~$125KWork hours:The company requires in-person office attendance 2 days per week.
