Senior Program ManagerMUST be local to New York City, Hybrid ScheduleSalary Range $190k to $250kNo SponsorshipThe Senior Program Manager will report to the Head of America's Program Management. Define and lead large programs which have significant impact on the corporate functions especially in the Regulatory space.Key responsibilities include:Defining key initiatives to ensure bank is in line with regulatory expectations and industry best practiceDriving the delivery of key initiatives from design through to delivery including development of target state business processes, build and adoption of technology solutionsEnsure target end state is delivered inclusive of governance change, business process re-design and appropriate controlsLead the translation of business needs into technology solutions and data requirementsWorking across functions and legal entities to structure the work-efforts required for successful deliveryUnderstanding cross-functional impact of proposed technology solutions and identifying areas of efficiencyProviding appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholdersOversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providersManagement of career growth of employees who are under direct supervisionRequirements:Significant experience and track record of delivery of major initiatives at large and complex financial institutions. This includes how to structure major initiatives, project planning, budgeting and resource allocation.Deep understanding of cross-functional processes as well as the technologies and data which enable theseStrong knowledge and experience of regulatory change managementProven experience of team leadership, career development of others and developing individuals in the program and change management spaceExceptional stakeholder management skills including experience at performing this across multiple functions, committees and areasSuperior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
