As we prepare to launch our fifth debt fund in Q4 2024, we are looking for an Investor Relations ("IR") and Office Admin to support our growing team. Role Overview: The Investor Relations and Office Admin will play a crucial role in supporting various teams at Northwind, including investor relations, executive leadership, legal, and accounting. You will streamline investor communications, manage essential legal documentation, and oversee daily office operations. This position combines administrative duties with strategic tasks, such as supporting fundraising efforts and ensuring efficient office workflows.You will coordinate meetings, events, and executive requests, collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to maintain operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will oversee key legal documents and manage an organized Salesforce database while facilitating interactions with current and prospective investors, contributing to a productive and professional work environment.This role presents a unique opportunity to enhance both the operational foundation and investor relations aspects of a leading real estate private equity firm, with potential for growth into more specialized areas such as investor relations or office management.Responsibilities:· Support the onboarding process and documentation for new investors across Northwind's investment vehicles.· Assist with administrative tasks, paperwork, and ad hoc assignments for both existing and prospective investors. · Provide executive support, assist with mailFedEx handling, travel arrangements, and off-site event planning.· Attend investor meetings, take notes, and help manage follow-ups and outreach.· Handle basic investor requests (e.g., document inquiries, questionnaires, KYC updates, account information changes).· Act as the point of contact for building management and general office operations.· Coordinate investor meetings, events, and outreach (e.g., annual investor meeting, holiday greetings, invitations).· Manage office supplies, oversee office maintenance, and coordinate internal events.Qualifications:· Bachelor's Degree and strong academic record.· 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred (Admin, Investor Relations, Real Estate).· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.· A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to take on various responsibilities.· Experience with Salesforce is a plus.· Professional in nature with a high level of integrity. · Authorized to work in the United States.
