We're looking for a Loan Closing Coordinator to join our team and support the Closing Disclosure (CD) issuance process. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic mortgage environment where your skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving will shine!🌟 Key Responsibilities Include:Serving as a liaison for loan information gathering to facilitate timely CD issuance.Collaborating with internal and external parties to meet target closing dates through effective task management and pipeline reporting.Ensuring data accuracy for all CD-related submissions, including homeowners' details, taxes, fees, and third-party invoices.Managing pipeline reports, assigning tasks, and overseeing title review municating with a range of stakeholders (customers, brokers, agents, loan officers, etc.) to ensure seamless transactions.Conducting file reviews for compliance with state and federal guidelines, confirming borrower employment, and ensuring document accuracy.Following up on rate locks, document expirations, and coordinating with Settlement Agents for necessary closing details.🎯 Scope of Responsibilities: In this role, you'll work closely with borrowers, Settlement Agents, and various internal teams to ensure that all CD-related requirements are met accurately and on time.🎓 Qualifications:Required:Associate's degree plus 1 year of business experience, or equivalent mortgage closing and customer service experience.Strong PC skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and email.Excellent decision-making, time-management, and communication skills.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and organization.Solu Technology Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer
