Jamf/Mac Specialist

We are seeking an experienced JamfMac Specialist to join our client's team on a 7-8+ month consulting contract in Philadelphia. This role involves configuring, managing, and optimizing our Apple device management platform to enhance the user experience and streamline IT operations.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary technical lead for Jamf Pro implementations, configurations, and integrations.Manage and maintain Apple macOS devices across the organization, including software updates, security policies, and device configurations.Develop and implement deployment strategies to streamline onboarding, provisioning, and ongoing management of Mac devices.Provide troubleshooting and support for macOS-related issues, including network and connectivity challenges.Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to develop and enforce policies, scripts, and profiles for Apple device management.Maintain and update technical documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures.Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for IT staff on Jamf best practices.Requirements:5+ years of hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and Apple macOS device management in an enterprise environment.Deep understanding of macOS architecture, Apple security protocols, and deployment methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex macOS and Jamf-related issues.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., Jamf Certified Associate, Technician, or higher) are a plus.
