Reporting Developer (Infor ERP) - Perm (On-Site)

The company is actively recruiting talented professionals for our Infor ERP Finance and Supply Chain Management technology team. Following our recent implementation of Infor FSM, we are building a dedicated team to provide comprehensive support throughout the lifecycle of this essential module. The Software Engineer working as a Reporting Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards in the Finance modules of Infor ERP, Infor BIRST and Infor dEPM. The developer will closely work with Finance business analysts to identify reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions that support business needs. This role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective reporting solutions. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in the Finance module of Infor ERP as well as in Birst, dEPM, Power BI, or SSRSWork with the business users to gather and analyze reporting requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDevelop and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across different systems and data sourcesParticipate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable reporting solutionsKeep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in reporting and analytics and incorporate them into the company's reporting strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in reporting development with a strong focus on the Finance module of an ERP system (preferably Infor ERP)Must have experience with at least one full software development lifecycle (SDLC) ERP implementation, ideally, with the INFOR ERP Solution.Proficient in BI tools such as Birst, Power BI, or SSRSStrong experience in SQL development and stored proceduresFamiliarity with database design and data modeling conceptsFamiliarity with Data Lake & data warehouse conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Desired: Experience with Infor ERP's Finance module, including GL, AR, AP, and FAFamiliarity with Infor ERP's financial data structures and reporting frameworksFamiliarity with ERP applications like SAP, Workday, Infor, D365, OracleExperience with Agile development methodologies
