Home Loan Specialist

Our client is a leading national home loan lender and is currently seeking a Home Loan Specialist in Moorpark, CA. Onsite Position. Pay: $23hr plus Quarterly Bonuses Responsibilities:As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. The Home Loan Specialist will:Perform routine data entry and validation tasksInitiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)Review and validate loan documentsHandle routine calls, emails andor chat responsesMonitor work queues and intervening as neededPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Qualifications:Associate's degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFinancial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience required.General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulationsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
