Our client is an investment management firm with ventures in entertainment, media, fashion, sports, technology, and philanthropy. They are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant who will serve as the right hand to the CEO, helping to provide on the ground support to the CEO across both personal and business matters. This role will require relocation to Paris, France!COMPANY: Investment ManagementPOSITION: Executive Assistant to CEOLOCATION: Paris, FranceHOURS: 247 with flexibilityCOMPENSATION: $100-150K range depending on experience + benefits and bonus eligibleBACHELOR'S DEGREE: PreferredResponsibilities of the Executive Assistant:-Managing the CEO's calendar and scheduling meetings-Booking and managing the CEO's travel and preparing travel itineraries-Preparing materials for, and briefing the CEO for meetings-Monitoring and prioritizing the CEO's email and incoming correspondence, and writing and editing emails on the CEO's behalf-Facilitating communications to the staff (as directed)-Liaising with a variety of functions throughout the organization and representing the CEO and firm in a polished and professional wayRequirements of the Executive Assistant:-6+ years of experience in an executive assistant role in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments-Industry experience: Experience in, and an understanding of the music, entertainment, sports, or media industries. A good understanding of the financialinvestment industry is helpful but not required-Intellectual horsepower: You're bright and intelligent and deal with concepts and complexity comfortably. You're described as intellectually sharp, capable and agile-Professionalism and Discretion: You maintain a high degree of discretion and display courtesy and professionalism in all interactions. You manage sensitive situations effectively and appropriately-Communication: You are an exceptional written and verbal communicator with a direct approach-Action orientated: You enjoy working hard, are action oriented and full of energy for things that you see as challenging. You are not fearful of acting with baseline information and filling in as necessary-Flexible: You understand things change. You perform various duties depending on shifting needs and are willing to pitch in wherever needed.
