Our client, a premier real estate investment management company based in NYC, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team! The position is a 6-month hybrid, contract role, working 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday). Their beautiful office is located in Midtown, Manhattan.*Job ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative tasks for the HR team such as scheduling meetings, registering guests, ordering supplies, completing expense reports, and processing vendor paymentsCoordinating recruitment activities (ex: scheduling interviews, posting jobs, tracking applicants and travel arrangements)Coordinating logistics with appropriate parties for new hire, transfer, and termination announcementsUtilize Workday to process all HSCM Core, Recruiting, and Onboarding tasks (ex: Coordination of HR initiative logistics)Perform other duties as assigned*Skills and QualificationsUndergraduate degree in applicable field is required2 years corporate office support experienceStrong working knowledge of Workday HRISExperience with Coupa and Concur preferredStrong organizational and excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize to effectively meet deadlinesProject management skills and attention to detailAbility to remain calm under pressureProactive, self-starter, and a team player with a positive attitude that can work with minimal supervisionProficient in Microsoft Office Software***Pay Rate: $33 - $38 per hour based on experienceGainor provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity and expression), age, national origin, immigration status, marital or familial status, citizenship status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, reproductive health decision making, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic or status protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
