***Must be onsite 3 daysweek and NYC. Local candidates only.DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Solutions Manager in New York, NY. The Data Solutions Manager will be responsible for delivering data-driven solutions that meet the needs of clients, attorneys, and support staff and drive business growth. The right candidate will have hands-on experience with data warehouses, data transformation and modeling, reporting, and analytics. This candidate will also have experience working with business partners across multiple functions with a proven track record of successful outcomes.ResponsibilitiesWork with business partners to understand their goals and needs and recommend applications or data solutions that address their needs.Leverage data and reporting to demonstrate the effectiveness and improvements to be gained by implementing new solutions and processes.Assist in the design and development of data structures, data flows, data pipelines, and process workflows.Manage the process of defining and extracting the necessary datasets for a given solution or process.Work closely with stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables and communicate project updates and risks.QualificationsExperience with relational databases and data warehouse systemsExperience creating reports or dashboards using tools such as Power BI or TableauKnowledge of T-SQLKnowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applicationsKnowledge of ETL toolsframeworks a plusExperience defining scope and project plan and managing the timeline of a projectAbility to collaborate and communicate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadershipExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in the legal industry preferred
