*** This Role is Direct Hire***Akkodis is seeking a AV Project Manager for a audiovisual position with a client located in Phoenix, AZ. The AV PM will be responsible for driving installation efficiency that ensures maximum job profitability. Continuously monitor project deliverables and drive them for resolution while ensuring all stakeholders are routinely updated. PaySalary Range: $80,000yr - $90,000yrEssential functionsDetermine, from review of various information, necessary changes in design, contract price, installation plan or other activity. Works with engineering and sales department to resolve any scope andor design issuesAnalyze and define the project management process and sub process for efficiencyWorking closely with assigned Project Coordinator and Foreman to ensure all projects have redundancy within the Project Management teamProvide direction to the Foreman for the creation andor modification of Project Work PlansTasksPlan and oversee all engineering, installation, programming, commissioning, and subcontracting activities on all assigned projectsFacilitate all requested change orders by working with the Engineering team and then presenting the change orders to the client for approvalProvide clear direction to the Procurement Team for when materials, supplies and services are due. Also provides clear direction on when materials need to be delivered to job siteMonitor construction schedules and coordinates task scheduling with other tradesCompetenciesSolution orientedStrong technical aptitude; ability to quickly learn new technologies, software programs and proceduresAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business communications and contracts.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Supervisory responsibilities: NoneWork environment: Office and some construction sitesPhysical demands: Sitting for long periods of time, walking and lifting up to 20 lbs.Travel required: Local to walk job sites and client visitsMinimum RequirementsBachelors Degree required5 years of audiovisual integration experienceWorking knowledge of construction fundamentalsWorking experience with job financial reportsPrior scheduling experienceProficient in MS OfficePreferred education and experiencePMI - PMP Certification desiredAVIXA CTS certification desiredAffirmative ActionEEO statementImmedia is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
