Must go once a quarter onsite for 5 days in Elmsford, NYResponsibilities: Install new applications, new components, and upgrade existing applications. Configure application settings.Provide go-live and rollout supportInterface with usersclients across the company. Support users on new applications, modules, and functionalityPerform analysis of necessary application modifications and work with the appropriate company IT associate or the vendor to coordinate the modificationDetermine how a new system, upgrade, or new component can best meet the needs of the users: Analyze businessclinical needs and requirementsInterpret end user requirements, by fully discussing potential options, and help client move towards optimal solutionEvaluate the operational workflow that is applied to the systemCreate system specifications from user requirementsCreate test plans and test new systems, version upgrades, and any system modificationsDocument all outcomes of testingWrite and maintain accurate and current documentation regarding application(s) supported by the team. Participate in the maintenance of training materials and disseminate materials to users.Application implementation, troubleshooting, and support.Assist Application Analysts and other team members as necessary. Encourage, assist, and foster development of co-workers' skills and proficiencyProvide day-to-day operational support, advanced application troubleshooting support, coordinate modifications and updates, recommend improvements & increase efficiencies and provide pro-active monitoringProvide 24 x 7 on-call coverage for user support on a rotating basisOn an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the company hospitals andor its' affiliates (on-site, rotational support) Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experienceMust have experience with at least one full software development lifecycle (SDLC) ERP implementation, ideally, with the INFOR ERP SolutionApplication implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and support experienceStrong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VisioStrong ability to influence design decisions and steer projects towards successful outcomesProject management skillsCritical thinking skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, peers, and managementEager to learn, exceptional listening skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent follow up skills, documentation skills and organizational skillsMust be adaptable in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities
