Job Title: Architectural Project ManagerLocation: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architectural Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of a new airport terminal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, engineering, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical oversight and management of the design and construction process.Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for project stakeholders.Collaborate with the project team to ensure high-quality execution of the project.Manage the resolution of design conflicts and ensure seamless integration of all project components.Oversee the implementation of sustainable design practices and innovative solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on airport projects.Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building standards.Preferred Skills:LEED certification or equivalent.Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.Previous experience working on airport terminal projects.Strong leadership and organizational skills.
