We're seeking a Construction Project Manager with 3-7 years of experience in commercial construction to lead multiple projects, optimize processes, and drive successful project delivery. This senior role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage contractors and subcontractors, and a talent for building lasting relationships with stakeholders. Focus: Manage multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Lead and mentor project managers, field teams, and subcontractors. Develop and implement processes to improve project oversight and efficiency. Assist with business development to secure new projects and expand client relationships. Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships, particularly in the Metro Detroit area. Provide strategic guidance to scale operations and increase project size. Ensure projects comply with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Skill Set: At least 5 years of construction management experience, preferably with a large firm. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. PMP is a plus. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects ranging from $300K to $10M. Experience in environmental construction or vapor mitigation is a plus. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors. Highly organized with excellent project tracking and budgeting skills. Established relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in the Metro Detroit area.
