Director of Information TechnologyCPS Recruitment has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Director of Information Technology in the North Syracuse, NY this role, you will lead and direct a team of 3, supporting system infrastructure for a well-established and stable manufacturing company. You and your team will provide technical support and solutions for the network and systems of a 70+ person organization.This organization offers excellent benefits, competitive pay and a great team-oriented culture.Duties include:Oversight of the team, including performance management, department planning and reviews.Manage relationships with both internal and external customers, suppliers, and 3rd party providers.Project management and delivery for initiatives in scope and budget for the team.Maintain disaster recovery process including planning, and coordination.Actively lead and coach the team to ensure employee involvement and engagement.Technical responsibilities include oversight and hands-on administration of the following:Windows Server 2019, VM, Domain Controllers, Veaam, MS SQL ServerMicrosoft 365 Suite, MS Teams, Networking - Design, Installation, configuration, security and managementCloud based ERP System.Cybersecurity OversightSupport for desktops, laptops and peripheralsWireless access points and routers EDI processingMinimum requirements:BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering or related technical field10+ years of progressive IT and leadership experience with a proven track record of success.Experience in a manufacturing setting highly preferred.High energy with excellent communication and presentation skillsTo apply for this position, please submit your resume to for immediate, confidential consideration!CPS Recruitment is an EOE
