Position: Senior Project Manager (SAP GL Implementation)Location: Chattanooga, TN (REMOTE)Summary:The Senior Project Manager for SAP General Ledger (GL) ImplementationUpgrade will lead the end-to-end SAP GL upgrade projectThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project planning, scope, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget adherenceThe Senior Project Manager will work closely with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition, including data migration, system integration, testing, and end-user trainingThis role demands an understanding of SAP Financials, utility industry compliance, and project management best practicesThis position is Remote, with occasional travel to Chattanooga, TNResponsibilities:Define project goals, deliverables, and milestones for SAP GL ImplementationDevelop comprehensive project plans with timelines, resources, and budget estimatesCoordinate across departments, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to align on project requirementsManage risks and issues, ensuring corrective actions for timely resolutionFacilitate Testing phases, User Acceptance, and Data Migration processesOversee training programs for end-users to ensure smooth adoptionEnsure project completion on schedule, within scope, and budgetQualifications:7+ years of Project Management experience in SAP Implementation, preferably in the Utility sectorExpertise in SAP Financials, GL processes, and ERP systemsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with managing projects according to AgileWaterfall methodologiesBachelor's Degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be consideredPMPCSMSAP Certifications are preferredMilitary experience is a plusCompany Description:Paradigm Technology is a strategic Professional Services organization which primarily focuses on delivering high value solutions in Digital and Business Transformation.
