Software Development Engineer in Test Our client is a banking institution based in Boston, MA looking to hire a Software Development Engineer in Test. This individual will lead the overall vision, development, and ongoing strategy of products, with a focus on leveraging Generative AI and other top of the market methods in data science, machine learning, and analytics. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role is fully remote. Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworksCollaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, create test plans, and define test casesIdentify, document, and track defectsWork closely with development teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality software releasesContribute to the improvement of testing processes, tools, best practices, and advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycleDevelop and execute performance tests to ensure scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of applications. Ensure Seamless integration of various components and systems, validating end-to-end functionality and performanceMaintain clear and comprehensive documentation for tools, frameworks, test plans, test cases and test results Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, related field, or equivalent experience7+ years of experience in software development and test automation in a similar roleProficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, PythonDeep understating of AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, EBS, Aurora, KMS, CloudwatchExperience with test automation tools and frameworksStrong understanding of software development methodologies and testing principlesContinuous IntegrationContinuous Delivery (CICD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, or Azure DevOpsKnowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner or similar.Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion The Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
