We strive to keep our quality, reputation, and culture as we grow.Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Legal Video & Media Strategy Manager to oversee all aspects of video content for legal proceedings, including recording, editing, and organization. You'll collaborate closely with legal teams, ensuring adherence to standards and guidelines. The role involves leadership in team and project management, as well as contributing to expansion efforts by exploring new service options and assisting with marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have videography experience, technical proficiency, and strong management skills.Responsibilities:ExpansionOperations Efforts:Contribute to special projects and strategic planning initiatives to support the company's growth objectives and enhance overall operational effectiveness.Explore and research new video service options for our clients, staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to provide innovative solutions that meet client needs and preferences.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials for existing and new services, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and messaging strategies.Identify and mitigate potential risks or challenges associated with video documentation projects, proactively addressing issues to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.Continuously evaluate and improve workflow processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, identifying opportunities for automation or streamlining where possible.Recruitment, Training, and Development of Videographers:Identify and recruit skilled videographers with experience or potential in legal videography.Develop and implement training programs and videos to onboard new videographers and familiarize them with legal procedures, standards, and best practices.Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for videography staff to enhance their skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.Mentor and coach videographers to ensure they maintain high standards of performance and professionalism in their roles.Technical Support and Troubleshooting:Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during video recording and playback sessions.Address any issues or concerns related to video equipment, software, or playback systems promptly and effectively.Quality Assurance and Compliance:Ensure all video documentation and audio recordings meet legal standards and regulatory requirements.Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain consistency and accuracy in all video documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards and guidelines.Collaboration, Communication, and Customer Service:Foster effective communication and collaboration with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to understand their video documentation needs and requirements.Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to video documentation promptly and professionally.Collaborate with colleagues and external vendors as needed to fulfill video production and documentation requests.Marketing Efforts:Establish clear and measurable goals for the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth targetsSet up and monitor marketing metric reports to evaluate team performance and ensure adherence to operational goals and requirementsAssist the marketing manager in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media posts, video shoots for marketing purposes, podcasts, and other promotional activities.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing content that highlights our services and enhances our brand presence.Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure video content is aligned with overall marketing strategies and effectively communicates our company's message.Assign ongoing marketing projects or tasks to team members, ensuring effective delegation and timely completion of marketing initiativesIT Oversight:Oversee the resolution of IT support requests, coordinating with the appropriate team members to ensure issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.Monitor the performance of IT systems and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement best practices for IT support and maintenance, ensuring the reliability and security of our technology infrastructure.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in videography or a related field preferred.Strong technical proficiency with video recording equipment, editing software, and other multimedia technologies commonly used in legal videography.Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and standards related to video documentation in legal proceedings.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues and challenges.Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of work.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional evening or weekend hours as
