Maintenance ManagerWe are looking for a dedicated, experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager to join our team and ensure our property remains in pristine condition. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our hotel's success and play a pivotal role in setting the stage for our guest's exceptional stay.ResponsibilitiesOversee Maintenance Operations:Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and renovations.Lead a Team:Supervise and motivate a team of maintenance professionals to deliver exceptional results.Ensure Guest Satisfaction:Prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction by addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.Team-Player:Collaborate with all team members to ensure smooth operations and provide an exceptional guest experience. Foster effective communication to add to the team culture of service. Operational Excellence:  Uphold and demonstrate our high standards of operational efficiency and effectiveness to manage maintenance operations.
