Our client are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has experience in ground up new commercial construction and has managed projects from $10M to $50M. Position ResponsibilitiesDeliver profitable construction projects ranging from $15 million to $50 million or moreCoordinate with the Assistant Project Manager to set-up ContractsP.O.'s, required testinginspections, submittalssamples, subcontractorsupplier lists, project scheduleCoordinate with the Estimator on the project budget, project scope, potential problems such as critical items andor special hazardsExecute owner contract as may be requiredExecute and track critical path submittalsSet times for the weekly site meetings and monthly progress meetingsOverall project review throughout the project on budgets and scheduleVerify all testinginspections have been completed and meet specificationsPrepare project meeting agenda and meeting minutesWork with the APAR Manager to process owner and subcontractor billings, approve codes and their amounts, and release subcontractors after owner paymentFinal punch and close-out preparation for final billings, O & M Manuals, punch out completion, substantial completion signed, final inspection, occupancy certificates with the City andor StateMinimum QualificationsA degree in Construction Management or ConstructionCivil EngineeringArchitecture strongly preferredFive or more years of experience in ground up commercial constructionExperience with technology: ProCore, Timberline, SmartSheets, BlueBeamA safety first mindsetThe ideal candidate has the ability to solve problems with limited directionEmployee Benefits IncludeAffordable Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceGenerous PTO and HolidaysFriday morning breakfast, monthly company cookouts, $150 per year for SWAGShort and Long-Term DisabilityEmployer paid and voluntary life insurance401k Traditional & 401k Roth MatchHSA, HRA and FSA optionsEmployee Referral Program and Wellness ProgramRelocation Assistance & Per DiemEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Education Reimbursement
