What we all have in common is our intellectual curiosity and desire to learn and grow in our work.We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to manage and execute our email marketing, SMS, and offline lifecycle campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, setting up campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive member engagement and business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Member Services) to ensure brand consistency and optimal performance. This is an on-site role at our HQ office in Rhode Island. What You'll Do:Own end-to-end management of email and SMS campaigns Create and segment email lists to target audiences effectivelyOptimize email templates for maximum deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsCollaborate with email designer to ensure emails are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelinesConduct AB testing on email campaigns to ensure effectivenessAnalyze campaign performance metrics and deliver reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as open rates, conversion rates, and ROIMonitor email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of industry developmentsBuild out customer journeys to optimize for KPIs including but not limited to first order, reactivation of dormant accounts, and increasing AOV of current membersEnsure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAMCreate and manage landing pages for lead capture that feed into and complement email campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates and a seamless user experienceDevelop and deploy surveys to gather customer feedback, analyze results, and share results with internal stakeholdersWork with Member Services team to execute offline lifecycle campaigns focused on retention and reactivationWhat You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field3+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketingProficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze)Proficiency working in a CDP (e.g., Segment, Optimove)Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automationExcellent copywriting and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordinglyKnowledge of HTMLCSS for email template customization is a plusExperience with AB testing and email campaign optimizationOwnership mentality; ability to completely own projects and channelsAccountability MetricsAchieve 100% on-time delivery of campaigns, ensuring each stage (planning, content creation, launch) meets the defined timelineImprove customer retention 5% within 6 months, 10% within 12 monthsConduct at least one AB test per week on messaging, timing, or channel strategy to identify optimization opportunitiesImprove email engagement rates by 10%+ within 6 monthsWhat F&F Offers:Competitive benefit package including:Health Benefits (medical, dental, vision)Unlimited Time OffFree weekly meal plan401k$50 monthly wellness stipendEducation ReimbursementPaid Parental Leave
