We foster an open, diverse, and inclusive team culture, that is engaged and well-supported for prosperity and enjoyment of a lifework balance.What We Offer YouA diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaborationA hybrid working model, allowing for in-office work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer daysEmployee Resource Groups support an inclusive workplace for everyone and promote community engagementCompetitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefitsEducational resources, matching gift, and volunteer programsWhat You'll DoWork with AML Transaction Monitoring AFC Modelling team, supporting the workstream with key deliverables and projects, including Periodic Tuning and Optimization of the TM system, regulatory deliverablesReview and work proactively with cross functional teams to address open AML TM findings from Model Validation, Audit and other independent bodies in a timely fashionDeep dive and learn the technical landscape across various Line of business (LOBs) and TM systemsPerform root cause and impact analysis related with data impacting Transaction Monitoring (TM) systems and related processesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully achieve the Business needs and requirementsPlay key role in assisting to automate model performance assessments and semi automation of model component reportingSkills You'll NeedExtensive years of total work experience, including relevant years of must-have technical hands-on experience working with AML Transaction Monitoring systems like Mantas, Actimize etc; Bachelor's Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, MISInformation Management or equivalentExposure to Financial Crime Compliance covering business lines Correspondent Banking, Private Banking, Asset Management (direct exposure to at least two business lines is essential); Strong experience and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Relational Databases concepts including Data ModellingDesigning and Data Analytics toolstechniquesExposure to Data Governance framework including Data Quality Assessment Concepts, Data Lineage, Critical Data Elements (CDEs),and Data Controls etc; Experience with TM system Tuning & Optimization (ATLBTL) analysis; Extensive experience with AML transaction monitoring data and data analysisAbility to work independently and explain concepts to non-technical and technical colleagues; Strong data analysis and data testing skills and ability to write complex SQLHQL queries coupled with hands-on experience with MS Office Suite(MS Word, Excel (V-lookup, Pivot etc.); Strong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated strong experience in Relational databases, Structured Query Language (SQL), Big Data Hadoop, Hive Query Language (HQL), Python or R Scripting, Data visualization tools (Good to have) and Job scheduling tools (Control M, Autosys Etc.) is must ;Experience at a "Big 4" consulting firm a plusSkills That Will Help You ExcelAble to demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic settingAble to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly proficient creating management and Executive-level presentationsA team player; demonstrating strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiating skillsAble to interpret complex requirements and work proactively with stakeholders in different organizational unitsExpectationsIt is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York City office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.The Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability andor religion.The salary range for this position in New York City is $100,000 to $142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
