Overview:The client is seeking a Healthcare Analytics Consultant toconduct an end-to-end review of our Analytics Program. The goal is to modernize ourinfrastructure and bring in operational efficiencies. This consultant will play a crucial role inenhancing our analytics capabilities to better support our healthcare initiatives.Key Responsibilities:The consultant will be responsible for providing a comprehensive review and strategicrecommendations encompassing the following areas:• Staffing and Team Organization: Conduct an in-depth review of the current staffing andteam organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals and efficient operation.• Program Efficiency: Evaluate the allocation of activities and staff across multiple parallelprograms to identify opportunities for increased efficiency.• Systems and Tools Analysis: Assess existing systems and tools used for analytics,providing detailed system diagrams of the current state.• Future State Recommendations: Develop and present recommendations for future stateenhancements, including team composition, staffing levels, and the integration of keytechnologies such as Epic Nebula, Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Snowflake to supportvarious client's programs, including the Quality Improvement Program (QIP).Required Skills & Abilities:• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Healthcare Analytics.• Extensive experience with Epic systems.• Proven experience at the Manager or Director level within a Health System.• Familiarity with California's Quality Improvement Program (QIP) is desirable.• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Epic ClarityCaboodleCogito is essential.Desired Skills & Abilities:• Epic Clarity certification.• Azure certification.• Experience with Databricks andor Snowflake technologies.Contract Term: 4 months
