We are currently partnered with a top Private Equity Firm ($100B+ AUM) looking to expand their COO office by bringing on a Sr Associate of Strategic Initiatives & Projects to the team. This is a high exposure role within a high performing business that has a strong reputation for allowing it's team members to grow professionally while also providing market leading worklife balance. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and managing key projects across the firm. Working closely with C-Suite executives, business leaders, Investments, Asset Management, Investor Relations, and IT professionals, the Sr. Associate will lead high-impact projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, aligning with corporate strategy, and supporting the firm's continued growth. This role requires a results-oriented professional with exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, ideally from a top Private Equity firm or Big 4 Management Consulting background with experience in financial services. Key Responsibilities:Corporate Strategy & Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership to define, plan, and execute strategic initiatives that align with the firm's business objectives. Assess industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to support strategy formulation and decision-making.Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives, effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment with the firm's strategic priorities. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and performance metrics.Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes across business units to identify inefficiencies, develop recommendations, and implement streamlined, effective solutions. Use data-driven insights to improve organizational agility, operational quality, and resource optimization.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. Prepare presentations and reports that synthesize insights and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between strategic initiatives and internal stakeholders, including Investments, Asset Management, Investor Relations, Finance, and IT. Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.3-6 years of experience in a similar strategic role within Private Equity, Management Consulting (Big 4 or top-tier firm), or financial services.Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-stakes projects involving multiple stakeholders.Strong strategic and analytical mindset with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proven track record of process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging C-level executives.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
