PowerBI Developer

Our client, a heavy machinery dealer, is looking for a PowerBI Developer to join their team. This is a direct hire role and fully onsite in Austell, GA.Primary Responsibilities:· Collaborate with sales teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to sales performance.· Analyze historical sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.· Develop predictive models to forecast demand, inventory levels, and customer preferences.· Create actionable insights by visualizing data through PowerBI dashboards and reports.· Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with targeted campaigns.· Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, product bundling, and cross-selling opportunities.Additional Responsibilities:· Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.· Additional duties as assigned by manager.EducationExperience:· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on sales analytics.· Proven track record of driving sales growth through data-driven insights.· At least 2 years of experience in Power BI development, including creating and managing dashboards and reports, developing data models, and implementing DAX queries to derive insights.
