AI Engineer - FOUNDING TEAM

THE COMPANY Our client is a rapid-growth startup in the financial compliance space. Y-Combinator backed and doubling their profits every three months, they're looking to add to their growing team and continue the expansion of their innovative AI-driven platform that's already in-use at over 100 companies. THE ROLE My client is searching for a Founding AI Engineer to develop and optimize their LLM purpose-built to enhance financial compliance efforts. Simply put, this person will be responsible for building the modeling that will prevent the next major financial crisis. Key responsibilities include: Pioneering AI efforts within a rapidly growing organization Developing and maintaining crucial, fail-resistant data pipelines. Organizing, scaling, and maintaining many data models that operate in tandem. WHO YOU ARE You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field You come from a Machine Learning background, with an emphasis on infrastructure engineering projects. You have an interest in developing and expanding financial infrastructure. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. BENEFITS An annual salary of $230,000 - 250,000 depending on experience. Above-market-standard compensation, bonus, and equity package. 401k, health, vision, and dental benefits.
