Fund Finance Associate

About: An international law firm is currently looking to onboard a Mid to Senior Level Fund Finance Associate to join their US Finance practice in Charlotte. This firm is a leader and innovator in the broader fund finance market, working on some of the world's largest and most complex private equity fund financings. They have relationships with every major US lender, along with the majority of active lenders in the European and Asian markets. Experience: The successful candidate will have 4-5 years of solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings.
