Job Title: Workers' Compensation AttorneyLocation: Brea, CA (Mostly remote - candidate needs to come into Brea office 2xmonth)Base Salary: $130k - $210kWe are partnering with a leading law firm renowned for its expertise in defending businesses and insurance carriers in Workers' Compensation cases. The firm is seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Attorney who is fully committed to successfully litigating claims before the Superior Courts of California, the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, the Rehabilitation Unit, and the Appellate Courts.Responsibilities: Expert Representation: Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.Case Management: Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases from inception to conclusion.Legal Research: Conduct detailed legal research and draft legal documents, opinions, and briefs.Client Communication: Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed and engaged throughout the legal process.Skills: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in CaliforniaMinimum of 2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation lawExcellent litigation, negotiation, and client advocacy skills
