Senior Construction Project Manager

CONSTRUCTION SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (With experience in healthcare)Scott Humphrey has partnered with a large and reputable firm to assist with finding their next Senior Project Manager. This is a great opportunity for a strong individual to contribute to a key role within their growing team. RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety.Reviews project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and related pletes materials "take-offs", establishes cost estimates, develops and tracks material procurement schedule.Confers with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority; coordinates activities with project staff to ensure project progress within prescribed budget and provides technical advice to resolve anize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired resultsAct in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on meetingexceeding customer requirements and expectationsPromote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree from four-year collegeuniversity or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to work Remotely and Travel to job sites as needed.Displays willingness to make decisions and includes the appropriate people within the decision-making processAbility to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goalsAbility to maintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresObserves safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditionsLooks for ways to continuously improve both personally and professionallyAbout Scott HumphreyWe are a national recruitment practice specializing in Construction, Real Estate, Legal, PharmaMed Device, Digital Marketing, Creative, & Shared Services recruitment.
