This industry leader is revolutionizing their sector through sustainable practices, including increased recycled content and renewable energy initiatives. Their Burlington facility, opened in 2016, represents one of their most technologically advanced manufacturing operations.The Role: Our client seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and develop a team of 18-20 skilled maintenance professionals in their 247 operation. This role reports directly to the Plant Manager and plays a crucial part in maintaining their high-speed manufacturing environment.What You'll Do:Lead and mentor a diverse team of mechanics, electricians, machinists, and millwrightsDrive preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performanceImplement lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologyEnsure compliance with safety standards while maximizing production efficiencyApply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to enhance qualityCollaborate with operations management on continuous improvement initiativesWhat You Need:Associate degree in technical field OR High School DiplomaGED with 5+ years maintenance experience2-5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing (5 years preferred)Expertise in at least one area: electrical, mechanical, or manual machiningExperience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and related programming softwareStrong understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsProven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsWhat's In It For You:Competitive base salary ($70-82K) plus annual bonus potential up to 10%Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with generous 6% company match15 paid vacation days + 10 paid holidaysCareer growth opportunities - our client promotes from within!Tuition assistance for professional developmentModern facility with cutting-edge technologyRelocation assistance availableSchedule:First shift position (approximately 50 hoursweek)Monday-Friday with flexible hoursOccasional evening coverage to support night shift operationsCulture: Join a collaborative team in a positive, growth-oriented environment where your expertise will be valued and your leadership skills can flourish.
