Senior Financial Analyst

LHH is conducting an exclusive search for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join a large, international manufacturing company. Based in Kansas City, the North American headquarters, this role is pivotal in supporting the consolidated US financials from an FP&A perspective. The Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director of FP&A and collaborate with Corporate Finance leadership.This newly created position is a result of the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in public accounting with manufacturing clients or possess over four years of financial analysis experience. There will be significant opportunities for upward mobility in the future, driven by the company's expansion.The Senior Financial Analyst job duties and responsibilities include:- Development of financial forecasts and budgets- Assist with the annual operating plan- Participate in strategic planning initiatives- Perform financial modeling, trend analysis, KPIs and reporting for management- Identify and implement process improvementsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Comparable Field- Public accounting or corporate financial analyst experience- Excellent communication skills- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel*This company is on a hybrid work schedule with an optional 2 daysweek in office and 3 daysweek from home.
