About the Role: We are looking for Helpdesk candidates of various levels, at least with 1+ years of experience. The IT Support Specialist is focused on end-user support and responsible for the receipt, triage, and resolution of Services Requests and incidents related to computer systems.Responsibilities:Provide onsite and remote support via IT ticketing system, email, desk-side support, and phone callsCreate and manage user accounts and permissions following established processes and proceduresMaintain application and system documentation by updating written proceduresCollaborate on and escalate issues with senior IT staffDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issuesEnsure customer satisfaction by responding to Service Requests in a timely, accurate, and professional mannerQualifications:Experience providing technical support in Windows and Mac OS environmentsExperience with Active DirectoryExperience working with Microsoft 365Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issuesAbility to communicate effectivelyBasic secure computing practicesUnderstanding of Networking conceptsFlexible schedule (able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).High school diploma GED requiredPreferred:1+ years of experience in an IT-related field or as a Service Technician preferredKnowledge of Entra IDKnowledge of Intune andor JamfIT-related college degree preferredCertifications in a related field is a plusAnticipated hiring salary $50,000 with higher salary possible depending upon experience.
