Design Director, Motion - Luxury Beauty Brand

Our client, a leading beauty brand, is seeking a Design Director to join their New York team on a contract basis! Responsibilities:Defining and articulating the brand visual design language across multiple platforms such as motion, 2D, Digital, Social, Packaging, Visual Merchandising. Ensures that all design executions are consistent with the brand visual design language across platforms and elevates the brand at every opportunity.Working in multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating effectively with colleagues in both 360 content and technical development.Executing graphic design to motion art directing, to even editing.Articulate 360 concepts while laying out design executions that brings the 360 concept to life and translates to multiple platforms.Explore new industry trends and technology.Utilize platforms such as AfterEffects & Figma.Qualifications:A strong portfolio showcasing creative work and design skills across multiple medium.Must be able to do motionvideo editing work in addition to design.8+ years of industry experience.Experience with After Effects.Excellent knowledge of all related Adobe programs.Well versed in Figma.Motion experience and capability.Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent field of studyStrong communication and collaboration skillsPlease submit your resume for consideration.You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
