The team is responsible for order allocation and maintaining in-stocks at the stores to maximize sales, including monitoring of inventory levels across all retail storeswarehouses as well as distribution centers and supply chain.The replenishment analyst will be responsible forPrepare & distribute replenishment reports and other business recaps to support replenishment teamAnalyze inventory flow to drive sales, improve in-stock and optimize turnWrite and track orders based on storewarehouse demand and plan out shipsdeliveriesDevelop business strategies using historical and current trend analysisCreatively problem solve issues related to purchase orders, shipments, and salesThe ideal replenishment analyst should haveBachelor's Degree Required2-4 years' wholesale replenishment or merchandise planning experience involving salesinventory analysis, and forecastingHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong retail math skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product development, control, production)Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft BI, Python, Tableau and Powerpoint a plusRetail Link, Simparel system knowledge a plus
